Course booking terms
The terms that apply when you book and pay for a training course with us.

These terms apply when you book a training course with ION Education (“we”, “us”) through this website. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and accept them.
Your booking
A booking is confirmed when your payment has been received, or — if you choose to reserve and pay later — when our team confirms your place and payment has been arranged. We'll email you a confirmation and, for paid bookings, an invoice.
Prices and payment
Course prices are shown in pounds sterling and include everything listed on the course page unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and can't be applied afterwards or combined.
Changing your date
If you can't attend, contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to move you to another date of the same course at no extra cost when you give us at least 5 working days' notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of booking, as long as the course hasn't started. After that, cancellations made at least 5 working days before the course are refunded minus any non-refundable test or registration fees already paid on your behalf. Cancellations with less notice, or not attending, aren't refunded.
If we change or cancel a course
Occasionally we may need to change a date or venue, or cancel a course (for example if too few people book or the trainer is unavailable). If that happens, we'll offer you another date or a full refund.
On the day
Please arrive on time and bring photo ID and anything listed in your joining instructions. Certificates and cards are issued by the awarding body once you've met their requirements, including passing any assessment.
